Your name, email address, date of birth, gender, position and other profile details, match videos, measurement records, guardian information, and records of how the Service is used (such as who viewed what and when).
2. How we use it
To connect players with scouts, to handle guardian consent and approval of applications, to keep children safe (checking for misuse and responding to reports), and to improve the Service.
3. What scouts can see
Verified scouts see only the profile and the videos and records the player chooses. They never see addresses, phone numbers or email addresses. Players under 18 are not shown until guardian consent is confirmed.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share information with third parties without the consent of the person (or the guardian for under-18s), except where required by law.
5. Storage and security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every view and staff action is logged. Our servers may be located outside Japan.
6. Access, correction and deletion
You or your guardian can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop showing it to scouts.
7. Information about minors
Information about people under 18 is handled only within the scope of the guardian's consent. Guardians can withdraw their child's visibility at any time.
