Terms of Use

Established October 11, 2026

This is a translation. If there is any difference, the Japanese version prevails.

1. About the service

KAKERU (the “Service”) connects football players with scouts from clubs and schools. The Service does not guarantee that any player will be selected, join a club, or be admitted to a school.

2. Registration

Please register with your own accurate information. If you are under 18, register with your parent or guardian's consent. Players under 18 are not shown to scouts until guardian consent is confirmed.

3. Use by scouts

Scouts can use the Service only after we verify their organization. Contact with players and their families must go through the Service's contact requests (decided by the guardian for under-18s, or by the player if 18 or older). Asking for direct contact details outside the Service is prohibited.

4. Prohibited conduct

Impersonation, registering false information, posting other people's videos without permission, inappropriate contact with players or guardians, requesting money, and taking information from the Service outside it are prohibited.

5. Suspension

We may suspend an account that engages in prohibited conduct or may put a child's safety at risk.

6. Leaving the Service

Players and guardians may ask to leave at any time. After that, we delete registered information except what the law requires us to keep.

7. Fees

Fees will be set separately and announced on this site at the official launch.

8. Contact and reports

If you have a problem or see inappropriate behavior, please tell us through the KAKERU reporting form. Anonymous reports are accepted.
