Registering with KAKERU is never made public. Only clubs, schools, academies and scouts that have passed identity, affiliation and purpose checks can see profiles and videos. Under-18 players need guardian approval, and scouts cannot message a player freely until the player or guardian approves.

A country is listed as a service country only once contracts, operations, support and identity checks are in place.
Protecting players — especially minors — is KAKERU's first priority. The safety rules are enforced inside the system, not just on screen, so they can't be bypassed.
We check the organization, title, purpose of use, child-safety training and conflicts of interest. Only those approved by KAKERU can use the service.
We confirm the organization exists and the staff member belongs to it, and check openings for improper recruitment or requests for money.
